Each science data set has a corresponding Data Quality file containing single-precision floating point values. Good data values are identified in this file with the value zero. An error at any pixel during the data capture process results in a non-zero value. Data quality files are identified by the extension ``.Q*H'' and ``.Q*D'' where the ``*'' character represents the number of the corresponding Science Data file.
