Replace each pixel with the appropriate value from the AtoD correction lookup table. The name of the table must be provided in the keyword ATODFILE. The AtoD table may consist of multiple lookup tables. The lookup table whose temperature is closest to the value of the input science image header keyword WBA3PCTM is selected.
