The SHP contains telemetry values for engineering data and some FOS-unique data. Engineering data include temperatures, currents, and voltages at various points in the instrument. The FOS-unique data are dependent on the onboard processing used for a given observation and include error flags associated with the mode II target acquisition. The header file includes additional data used in the operation of the spacecraft, such as target name, position and velocity of the telescope, and the right ascension and declination of the target, the reference object, the sun, and the moon. The header file also contains a variety of proposal information for the observation. The SHP files are identified by the extensions ``.SHH'' and ``.SHD''.
