Re-compilation using the general Makefile

A new Makefile has been created in the main OYSTER directory which simplifies the installation. The supported platforms are HP-UX (without HDS currently), Linux, SunOS, and MacOSX. Make sure your platform is one of those, using the uname UNIX command. The Makefile will use uname to determine which of the pre-installed Makefiles in the library directories are used for compilation. The only Makefile which still has to be edited is the one in the source/rsi directory which needs the path to the local IDL installation, as well as the location of the libg2c.a library file.
