About Me
I am an astronomer, working at the European Southern Observatory as Head of the Virtual Observatory Project Office in the Data Management & Operations Division and as a European Virtual Observatory (EURO-VO) Scientist.
My research is centered on the study of Active Galactic Nuclei, which include quasars, using data across the whole electromagnetic spectrum.
I also work on the Virtual Observatory, an international community-based initiative aimed at allowing global and easy electronic access to all astronomical data, including archives of space and ground-based observatories and sky surveys.
