1. X axis

	mjd_obs	MJD-OBS of (first) raw file
	median_master	median value of master bias
	sigma_master	RON value of master bias
	sigma_raw	RON value of first raw frame
	struct_row	structure in X direction
	struct_col	structure in Y direction
	mean_ratio_ref	ratio to reference frame
	sigma_ratio_ref	sigma of mean_ratio_ref

2. Y axis

	mjd_obs	MJD-OBS of (first) raw file
	median_master	median value of master bias
	sigma_master	RON value of master bias
	sigma_raw	RON value of first raw frame
	struct_row	structure in X direction
	struct_col	structure in Y direction
	mean_ratio_ref	ratio to reference frame

3. Filter by

bin	any 1x1 1x2 2x2 2x3	binning in X and Y direction
chip	any B L U	CCD ID (B/U/L)
