This package is responsible for monitoring and FITS logging of various operational data
like environmental data (from ASM, Anenometers, etc.) and temperatures (M1, enclosure, structure, etc.)
It also exposes the ASM data to the TCS system, where it's used e.g. for tracking.
The data to be logged has to be approved by DICB and is added on request.
tcsmon provides a flexible scheme to add logging as needed.
