Use Case:  Start Field Acquisition

Description:  Start the Field Acquisition TCCD

Role(s)/Actor(s): 
Primary: Operator/Maintenance
Secondary: FAS

Package Assignment:  Field Acquisition Subsystem.

Preconditions: 

• FAS is ONLINE
• FAS setup is available for the requested TCCD configuration
  (Full screen/Window, Reference point, Image processing etc...)

Basic Course: 

• Send command to start the Field Acquisition System
• ATCS Sends FAS setup configuration to FAS
  Exception Course: Command failed
• ATCS sends command START to FAS sub-system
  Exception Course: Command failed
• ATCS returns OK reply

Exception Course: Command failed

• ATCS returns ERROR reply
  Postcondition: FAS is idle

Postconditions: 

• FAS active

Issues to be Determined or Resolved:  Shall the FAS be running when FS is active? in which mode (Full Frame/Window)
