Description: This Use Case is used exclusively by Active Optics to request permission to apply active optics corrections to M2.

Performance:  up to some seconds

Frequency:  Any time

Package Assignment:  Mode Switching.

Preconditions:

• ATCS Online

Basic Course:

• Send command to:
  
  • Subflow:Get Permission GETPERM
  • Subflow:Release Permission RELPERM
• Return OK reply

Subflow: Get Permission

• ATCS checks if permission can be granted Exception Course:Permission cannot be granted
  
• ATCS enables acces lock
  
• ATCS returns OK Reply
  Postcondition: exclusive access lock enabled

Subflow: Release Permission

• ATCS disables acces lock
  
• ATCS returns OK Reply
  Postcondition: exclusive access lock disabled

Exception Course:Permission cannot be granted

• ATCS returns Error reply
