Description: Evaluate the AT Global System state as a combination of the states of all required and not ignored subsystems. The Global System state is set to the lowest state.

Preconditions:

• Subsystem states are available.

Basic Course:

• Evaluate the AT global system state
• Global State = lowest of all subsystem states
• Return Global System State

Postconditions:

• Global System State is up-to-date
