Description:  Preset + Tracking to Star object.

Package Assignment:  Tracking.

Preconditions: 

• Tracking axes are ONLINE

Basic Course: 

• Send command OBJSTAR <coordinates> with object coordinates
  Exception Course: Command failed

  Interface:  IfAltDrive,  IfAzDrive,  IfFssTranslationStage

• Return OK reply

Exception Course: Command failed

• ATCS returns ERROR reply

Postconditions: 

• Tracking axes are tracking on object
• Brakes are released, control loops are closed

  Interface:  IfAltDrive,  IfAzDrive

• State ONLINE, substate IDLE TRACKING
