New features (with respect to JAN2006):

- Several backward-compatible implementations for
  * OmegaCam (in particular: support of new pulpo2 shutter and
    temperature controller, extension of telemetry to more than
    100 sensors, engineering panels)
  * X-Shooter (in particular: shutter synchronisation)
  * MAD (special exposure coordination task)


Changes (with respect to JAN2006):

- Mainly SPR fixing/clarifying
