VLTSW20050297 - state changing commands (OFF, STANDBY, ONLINE) delay reduced from
4s to 1s, and made configurable with the keyword INS.CON.STDELAY.
This change should be fine for most instruments.
EMMI should leave INS.CON.STDELAY=4000 msec.
VLTSW20060144 - Allow the derotator to be used in the NA focus.
The names have been changed to reflect the new usage:
INS.DROT.ANGSGN replaced with INS.DROT.MOTORSGN
INS.DROT.RESOLSGN replaced with INS.DROT.FOCUSSGN
UVES and CRIRES only need to change the keyword names,
values should not need to be changed.
VLTSW20060167 - ic0 now returns an error reply if one of the keywords specified
in a SETUP command does not belong to the Class setup as from the
ICS dictionary. The previous behaviour was to accept such
keywords. Existing instruments may need to update their ICS
dictionary if their code uses keywords of class other than setup
in a SETUP command.
