             VLT-SW-FEB2007 - RELEASE NOTES FOR TORNADO 5.5
             ==============================================

        VxWorks version is 5.5 as for JAN2006.

        All BSPs and VxWorks specifics are available with the module
        vltVXWORKS version 3.22.

        Support new CPU boards:
        - Motorola MVME6100
        - Actis VSBC6847

        CPU specific implementations are now part of the respective
        BSPs (SPR20060064). This reduces the dependencies of the
        common SW from the CPU type.
        Especially, all the PCI interface functions are encapsulated
        in the BSPs.
