New features (with respect to APR2004):

- "Image extension per chip" FITS format is the standard for
  the images created usinf the FIERA CCD controller

- tat tests covers all the FIERASW functionalities

- FIERA User Manual (VLT-MAN-ESO-13640-1388) and FIERA
  Maintenance Manual (VLT-MAN-ESO-13640-1707) updated

- Several modifications to support OmegaCam
