New features (with respect to FEB2007):

- SPR VLTSW20070123:
  Total overhead measurement can be retrieved via the DET.ACQ.MEANOVHD,
  DET.ACQ.MAXOVHD parameters.

- PPRS-19510:
  IRACE I/O-error recovery procedure.

- Application specific burst-mode processes.


Changes (with respect to FEB2007):

- SPR VLTSW20070072:
  Building of the irace module is done with 'make all install' instead
  of just 'make'.
