Canvas planet

This canvas, reminiscent of the clouds of the gas giant Jupiter, is an artwork from Italian artist Alessandro Spadari displayed in the ESO Supernova Planetarium & Visitor Centre as part of the Our Place in Space exhibition.

The exhibition will be on display from 17 May to 2 September 2018 and will showcase art and science inspired by the spectacular images of the NASA/ESA Hubble Space Telescope.
