Embracing diversity
On 25 June 2018, Dr. Karolien Notebaert gave a talk at ESO dedicated to "unconscious bias". The talk showed how unconscious biases are anchored in our brain, how they direct our decision making and diversity in business. The talk proposed a powerful strategy that positively impacts the quality of our decision making and diversity.
