Minister Heubisch’s delegation at Paranal
The Bavarian State Minister of Sciences, Research and the Arts, Dr Wolfgang Heubisch, made a special visit to ESO’s Paranal Observatory in Chile on 24–25 May 2013. Here he is seen (in white helmet left of centre), together with Andreas Kaufer Director of Operations (in blue helmet) and the rest of the Bavarian delegation in the enclosure of VLT’s second telescope (UT2).
