Lights in the sky
From near to far, sources of light in this picture include a laser shining into the sky to measure atmospheric turbulence, the city of Antofagasta, the Escondida copper mine, the upper atmosphere glowing green, interplanetary dust reflecting sunlight glowing white at the upper left, the Orion Nebula, the Milky Way and the Large Magellanic Cloud.
