The winner of a contest organised by the Süddeutsche Zeitung visits Paranal

The winner of a contest organised by the German newspaper Süddeutsche Zeitung visits ESO’s Paranal Observatory, in August 2006. The European Southern Observatory has its headquarters near Munich, Germany and operates its observatories in the Chilean Atacama Desert.
