Atacama Compact Array

A huddle of 7-metre antennas, part of the Atacama Large Millimeter/submillimeter Array (ALMA) located on Chajnantor Plateau, are photographed beyond one of their larger siblings, a 12-metre antenna. Four of the larger antennas and twelve of the smaller antennas together form the Atacama Compact Array (ACA).
