The data in this directory accompany the DRM report for the DRM
science case. Please see

This archive file contains examples of simulated datacubes in FITS
format. Each sub-folder contains a simulation of an M* galaxy at a
given z (see Tab. 3 of the report). All simulations include sky and
thermal backgrounds (including OH sky lines), which are also provided
as FITS files within the respective folders.

We give three examples of simulations, corresponding to 3 redshifts
(z=2,4, and 5.6) and two kinds of AO correction (MOAO and GLAO) for
each redshift. GLAO PSFs were generated by M. Le Louarn at ESO using
an end-to-end code (see
http://www.eso.org/sci/facilities/eelt/science/drm/tech_data/ao/ ),
while MOAO PSFs were generated by B. Neichel at ONERA, using an
analytic code.

The name of the sub-folders encodes the morpho-kinematic template name
used in the simulation (see Tab. 1 of the report), the continuum
magnitude of the galaxy (see Tab. 2 of the report), the equivalent
width of the emission line (see Tab. 2 of the report), the redshift,
the PSF used (see Sect. 2.3 and Tab. 4 of the report), and the spatial
sampling of the IFU (in milli-arcsec):

Files named ifu_UGC*.fits are the final products of the simulation
pipeline, while other files are intermediate products or input data.
