Oral title: Late stages of gas dissipation in the mutliple-ring, hybrid disk HD141569 Oral abstract: The study of gas-rich debris disks is fundamental to characterize the transition between protoplanetary disks and debris disks. We present new IRAM/NOEMA and ALMA resolved observations of the brightest hybrid disk HD141569A. We model multiple transitions of 12CO and 13CO, and constrain the distribution and the excitation conditions of the residual gas in this multiple dusty rings system.
