AAREADME and DESCRIPTION files

Each directory must have an AAREADME-file which contains a short description of the individual files. The AAREADME-file should normally have one line for each file. The line must start with the file name followed by a short description. If one line is not sufficient, more lines may be used. Additional lines must, however, be indented. A text file DESCRIPTION containing a short description of the package must be present in each application package directory under the stdred and contrib directories. This file should be in plain ASCII format and be at most 20 lines long.
