To create an image frame with its standard descriptors use STIPUT
(SCIPUT). This routine also allocates the memory space for the
image data but does not initialize it.
Note
Because the STIGET (SCIGET) and STIPUT (SCIPUT)
routines use the mapping technique for accessing the images,
you should not mix them with
STFGET (SCFGET) or STFPUT (SCFPUT) calls for a frame.
