In the directory /midas/`VERSION'/systab/ascii/display
there are a Midas procedure `lutasc.prg' and a shell script `lutasc.sh'
to convert a binary LUT (which is a Midas table) to ASCII doing a bit of
postprocessing of the PRINT/TABLE output. This should be easily adaptable
to tables with more columns.
