All of the atomic data listed in 13.2.1. are needed by the program and are to
be entered via this table.
A template can be found in MID_CLOUD: ABSP.TBL. The quoted
parameters are from Morton and Smith (1973) and according to the author the
wavelengths are:
vaccum for 2000 Å, air for 2000 Å
