Qt based widgets for ELT Control software.

Qt toolkit based widgets specifically made for ELT Control software. For each widget, it provides:

• widgets as shared library,
• plugin compatible with Qt Designer (shared library),
• bindings to python using PySide2 and Shiboken (cpython module),
• Taurus compatible widgets (python module), and
• showcase applications (python and cpp).
