Description:  Set new piezo voltage setpoint to the Laser controller

Preconditions: 

• Laser controller is LOADED

Basic Course: 

• Send command SETVOLT <voltage> to the Light Source Stabilization sub-system
• Light Source Stabilization sub-system sets the new piezo voltage in the Laser controller
• Light Source Stabilization sub-system sends OK/ERROR reply

Postconditions: 

• the Laser controller regulates on the new piezo voltage

Issues to be Determined or Resolved:  Voltage regulation bandwidth/time constant
