Description:  Set new frequency setpoint to the Laser controller

Preconditions: 

• Laser controller is ONLINE

Basic Course: 

• Send command SETMOD <modulation> to the Light Source Stabilization sub-system
• Light Source Stabilization sub-system sets the new modulation in the EOM driver
• Light Source Stabilization sub-system sends OK/ERROR reply

Postconditions: 

• the EOM driver on the new setpoint

Issues to be Determined or Resolved:  Modulation regulation bandwidth
