Preconditions: 

• PRIMA Metrology Light Source Stabilization sub-system is LOADED

Basic Course: 

• Send command POWER <device>,<On|Off> to the Light Source Stabilization sub-system
• Light Source Stabilization sub-system switches the power of the <device> On resp. Off.
  The device defaults to all.
• Light Source Stabilization sub-system sends OK/ERROR reply

Postconditions: 

• The specified devices are powered On resp. Off
