	PWV project

Until 2014, a set of dedicated sky observations was executed regularly on CIRES (before 2013 also on VISIR), in order to measure the current PWV content of the atmosphere. For CRIRES, this was OB #200179115 ("PWV_5050p4"). For VISIR, this was OB #200154321 ("SkySpectrum_MR_BurstMode"). The output data have been analyzed on the fly by a routine fitting the telluric lines to a model. The results were written into the nightlog and into the following table. The fitting routine, and its integration into operations, was implemented by Alain Smette.
