The official documents are published on Sitescape. At the ITS site you will find, among others, the "Guidelines" and the plan.

The "Guidelines" help the developers in their daily work: the document aims at giving an overview of all the available tools and procedures that have to be applied to reach homogeneity and good quality in the produced software.

The plan is the official planning document for the ITS group, from T0 (2002)to T1 (2007).

A ITS Twiki site has also been open, for any other sort of discussion, information exchange, not official but useful documentation...
