Use Case:  ATCS Control GUI

Description:  This GUI is the main control panel for the AT. It contains all widgets related to Mode Switching allowing to change the state of sub-systems, select the sub-systems that shall be required (i.e. not ignored) for the Global State evaluation.

Package Assignment:  Telescope Graphical User Interface.

Preconditions: 

• ATCS environment is installed and running

Basic Course: 

• Preset Telescope to object
• ATCS starts preset sequence with given object
• ATCS displays position of telescope on dartboard
• ATCS displays status information of system, tracking, guiding

Alternate Course: 

• Offset Telescope in directions of N,S,E,W in arcsecs
• ATCS offsets telescope in proper alpha, delta

Alternate Course: 

• Apply Additional velocity
• ATCS forwards additional velocity to tracking axes

Alternate Course: 

• Set Wavelength for object
• ATCS changes wavelenght for current refraction calculation

Alternate Course: 

• Stop tracking
• ATCS stops tracking of all tracking axes

• Read main status of enclosure control system
• ATCS displays shell status, monitor status
