Description:  Enable/Disable FS Corrections from M6 to Telescope Axes

Frequency: Any time when starting/stopping Field Stabilization

Package Assignment:  M6 Subsystem.

Preconditions: 

• M6 is ONLINE

Basic Course: 

• Send command ENAFSC to enable the FieldStabilization corrections
  Exception Course: Command failed
• ATCS sends command GETAGID to the Telescope axis servers alttrkServer@lat<n>alt and aztrkServer@lat<n>az
  Exception Course: Command failed
  Post Condition: Valid Telescope axis server process Ids
• ATCS enables the sending of FS offsets to the Telescope axes
• ATCS returns OK reply

Alternate Course: 

• Send command DISFSC to disable the FieldStabilization corrections
  Exception Course: Command failed
• ATCS disables the sending of FS offsets to the Telescope axes
• ATCS returns OK reply

Exception Course: Command failed

• ATCS returns ERROR reply

Postconditions: 

• Offset Corrections enabled/disabled
