Description:  Check the Anchoring Devices status

Preconditions: 

• ATCS state is LOADED Initialized

Basic Course: 

• Send command STATUS to check the status of the Anchoring devices
  Exception Course: Command failed
• ATCS sends the command to the Anchoring devices

  Interface:  IfTransporter.RelocationStatus

  Exception Course: Command failed
• ATCS returns the status of the Anchoring devices

Exception Course: Command failed

• ATCS returns ERROR reply

Postconditions: 

• The status of the Transporter is returned:
  • OK: The transporter PLC is operating normally
  • ERROR: The transporter PLC returned a failure
• The status of the Anchoring devices is returned:
  • Relocation: The transporter is in Relocation
  • On Station: The transporter is on Station, anchors are clamped.
