Two routines can be used to get information about each descriptor
that is present in a data frame. If you use STDINF
(SCDINF), information about the descriptor at a given relative
position within the frame's descriptor list is returned. If you know the
name of a descriptor, you'll find out more about it via STDFND
(SCDFND).
