STDCOP (SCDCOP) copies some or all descriptors of a frame
to another frame.
Note
Many descriptor interface routines use a UNIT and a NULL parameter.
These parameters are currently not used, but just serve as placeholders, so
that you will not have to change your code once we implement that functionality
in the MIDAS environment.
