Case: Prepare for Delay Constant Alignment
Description:
Prepare the AT subsystems so that they are ready for the VLTI ISS to perform
the VLTI Delay Constant Alignment. Check that sub-systems are online, Position
the Nasmyth retro-reflecting mirror in the optical path by rotating the
Nasmyth wheel to the corresponding position. Position the CBSD and the
NDF to the appropriate positions.
