Use Case:  Stop Delay Constant Alignment

Description:  After VLTI ISS has finished Delay Constant Alignment, the ATCS puts back the AT subsystems to a safe state.

Primary: Operator, Maintenance, VLTI-ISS
Secondary: Coude Beam Switching Device, Nasmyth wheel,  M6,

Priority: Major

Performance: A couple of seconds (10 to 15 seconds)

Frequency: After any Delay Constant Alignment (see Prepare for Delay Constant Alignment)

Notes:Currently we have not identified actions that have to be performed to stop delay constant alignment. We could probably remove this Use Case.
