Use Case:  Preset Telescope to Named Position

Description This function sets the telescope to the given named position (within the interlock limits) and keeps it on this position, in closed loop position control.
A named position is a predefined set of Alt/Az coordinates like ZENITH, PARK, HORIZON, etc...,
where one only or both coordinates might be defined (e.g. ZENITH is any Azimuth and Altitude = 90 degrees)
The tracking will be automatically disabled.
