Preconditions:
- ATCS state is STANDBY or ONLINE
Basic Course:
- TRS triggers the readout of the CCM Status and Temperatures
(Cabinet and Ambient)
Exception Course: Command failed
- ATCS sends command to the Altitude Cabinet Cooling Module sub-system
Exception Course: Communication failed
Exception Course: Command failed
- ATCS updates the status and temperatures of the Cabinet Cooling Module sub-system
- ATCS checks the CCM status
- Subflow: CCM Status failure
- ATCS checks the cabinet internal temperature against limit
- Subflow: Over temperature

- ATCS logs the error
- ATCS raises an alarm
