Development User accounts

The ansible-force-align script creates two user accounts:

• Username: eltdev password: 2Garch1ng

• Username: eltmgr password: pass4u

eltdev is the standard development account. Other similar accounts can be created for other developers. eltmgr is an administrative account which tasks, in this release, are not yet defined.
