The independent variable (i.e., the reference column of the table) is
labelled DEC, and contains the declination in degrees.
The table entries are the hour-angles of the
various limits, measured in decimal degrees.
Table I.4 shows the layout for fork mounts.
Each column is described in detail below (cf. Table I.5).
