AMBER
AMBER (a creative acronym for Astrometrical Multi BEam combineR) is one of the VLTI instruments. It combines the light of 3 telescopes, and disperses to analyse its spectrum. The very complex optical table is required to clean up and adjust the beams from the 3 telescopes. The engineers have to tune it up regurlarly.
