Tim de Zeeuw at the ESO 50th Anniversary Gala Event
Tim de Zeeuw, Director General of ESO — as well as representatives of the Member States of ESO and its host nation Chile, and the President of the ESO Council — signed a prototype mirror segment of the European Extremely Large Telescope during a gala event that marked the 50th anniversary of ESO.
