UMCE Astronomy School for Teachers
Teachers are polishing a glass as part of a practical workshop aimed to build a telescope, under the “supervision” of Massimo Tarenghi (on the right), ESO´s Representative in Chile. This workshop was included in the program of the Astronomy School for Teachers, organized by the Universidad Metropolitana de Ciencias de la Educación (UMCE) and co-funded by the European Southern Observatory through the ESO-Chilean Government Joint Committee.
