While the rules of grammar provide a clear framework for written English, there are many grey areas where the individual can exercise personal whims of spelling, punctuation and style. For the editor trying to maintain a consistent style over many diverse pieces and authors this can be a nightmare. This guide is intended as a brief series of notes aimed at ensuring consistency in written documents produced by ESO ePOD.
