Case: Stop Pupil Alignment
Description:
After VLTI ISS has finished Pupil Alignment, the ATCS update its "M10 nominal
position" and the AT subsystems are put back to a safe state.

Coude Beam switching device is switched On and ONLINE

Basic
Course:
- Send command STOPPAL to stop Pupil Alignment

ATCS updates the value stored in its database for "M10 nominal position"
using the current alpha/beta position of the M10 mirror.

Off M2 Pupil Beacon
Exception Course: Command failed
- ATCS returns OK reply
